As Karnever has already stated in an earlier post, they were trained/tested with the logs with 7 adult passagers all over 100 pounds or more.
What if some guests are over 200 pounds? Many guests appear to be very large. Probably too much churros.

I wonder if another log will get stuck if super large guests are on the log.

Humongously bigger. Glad to hear the real scoop and that it's not anywhere near as problematic as earlier reported. Thanks dude.

Oh and in regards to concerns about large guests in the back row... I'm not one to talk but when the attraction first reopened with the new logs I saw an ENORMOUSLY large man sitting in the last seat. I wouldn't even be able to guess how much he weighed but his belly came over the sides of the seat in front of him by a few inches. He had to have weighed at least 400 pounds though if I recall there was no one else in the log with him except for two girls in the frist two seats.

So does anyone have any confirmation that the new logs and bars are all in and ready for general use? From what it sounds like the problem was, that they're about 100% ready to go.

I wonder if this guy broke the rear hand bars.

"7 passangers of 100 pounds"???????? What kind of test is that? 90% of the people riding it are gonna be more in the 200 range.. give or take a little.

    Misquote.

It was stated that 7 passengers all over 100 pounds or more was used for testing.

7 people. Two couples, family of three. Men weigh approx. 180lbs(ave in U.S.), while women weigh 140(ave. in U.S.). So we have 3 men at 180, 3 women at 140, and 1 child at 50(weight of 7 year old), giving us a total weight of 1000 lbs, or an ave. of 142 lbs.

Regardless of what the average guest weighs, they should really be testing for a worst-case scenario. That is, they should really be testing it for 7 riders averaging at least of 200 lbs each, not 100 lbs or even 140 lbs each. What happens if a group of 7 slightly-larger-than-average guys want to ride together? Or worse yet, 7 football players who probably weigh a lot more than 200 lbs each. Even high school football players can average well over 200 lbs.

I know this isn't very likely, but it only takes one overloaded boat to bring the entire ride to a screeching halt.
