A new trashcan has sprung up in Fantasyland. It is much different from the typical rounded top, Push style, trashcan with land or area decals. Decorative tops!! The new trashcans in Tomorrowland are also differently shaped. As a Disney nerd I'm happy to say that this is great news! I can't wait for more of these to come out! The trashcan section of my site could use an update and this is just great news!![]()

Yes, I saw those today in front of the Castle. What Tomorrowland ones are you talking about? I noticed nothing different.

Nevermind, I guess they are the same. Though I KNOW that the cans inside of the Buzz attraction are different. I believe they are half the width and the lids are slanted ala:

Those are old school Fantasyland trashcans. I remember them from way back when, like before the New Fantasyland of 1983. If memory serves me correct, there weren't too many of them. I think they were used inside the castle courtyard. They were never used outside the castle, though, like these apparently are; those were always Main Street trashcans.

The buzz lightyear ones are nothing new/special...they're just there to keep the queue wide so ECVs can fit by. Autopia has had them for almost 2 years now.

Hot damn! We were noticing these yesterday and just check out that bird.
The Nazis called. They want their trashcans back.
