agreed, a longer, later day is what i want from DCA...oh and more rides and more photo ops with Ariel.

How "regular" are DCA's hours? I mean, does it open and close at the same time nearly daily? Despite season?
The way I've seen it, parks that "flux" like DCA (yes, it's up, but it still has some sporadicly tiny days compared to DL) end up with a "set schedule" to counter-act the flux. It's almost like rather than trying to anticipate crowd peaks, they merely blanket the hours and mathematicly it evens out in the end. Like taking the curve/line of a scatter plot.
For example, Epcot is almost always 9-9 and AK used to always be 9-5/6.
As much as I like Epcot at 9pm in January while MK is closed, it's also troubling that during peak it's still 9pm, same for AK at 6pm (though since Everest this is changing).
Anyone else find hours odd staying the same if average daily attendance changes from year to year by like 10k per day?
Anyways, my curiousity - back the point.. What are DCA's hour like?

The later than 9am opening because they don't expect early arriver's to hit DCA first?
Maybe a character breakfast or two could bump that up - or perhaps after the entrance remake it'll be moreso felt as "wonderous" in the AM the way several other parks are (seriously, not all, nor do i feel they have to be - ut there's something about walking up mainstreet USA, or to the tree of life, or under SSE, in the early morning mist).

And to boot - is DL at 8am? Or 9am or even earlier at 7am?

I assume that means midnight closures too? Or possibly later...?
MK just finished two weeks of 8am-12pm, but with EMH, every day resorts guests entered at 7am daily, and 3 times a week (mon, wed, fri) it stayed open until 3am.
So, that means only 4 hours between open and close.. eww
Does DL go past 12midnight?

I swear I remember that it used to. Back when I was a wee lad I swear I remember staying till 1-2 in the morning.
Though I have no idea about now.

For a while over here, going past 12pm was unheard of, but then the crowds really came back and they occasionally "close" at 1am or 2am for all guests.
ETA: I really have to admit, as convienent as they are, EMH makes park hours a pain in the butt.

The weird scheduling anomaly coming up in June, though, is for the Pirates movie premiere on the 24th. The park is opening at 6:30 AM and closing at 5 PM. I'm thinking about going down there that day just because I've never seen it open so early unless they're doing some weird anniversary stuff.
