I haven't been to Pusan yet, I'm hoping to stop by for the film festival this year.
Yes, but do they charge for parking?

If Disney wants to make money, Disney will sell me a ticket.

But people are absolutely correct in their sentiments that Disney is under no obligation whatsoever to render services--until such time as Disney sells me a ticket. Then, Disney, in my opinion, has a boatload of responsibility for providing appropriate services.

Last Hypothetical: I purchase a membership to Club 33. Everytime I go to Club 33, I have a problem with the entertainment value: the food is cold, the service is slow, the decor is bland. Is Disney not under an obligation to provide quality services, or is it just caveat emptor, a "bad movie" for the price of a ticket as some have postulated? Is a bad Club 33 experience just an expensive "win some, lose some" lesson in the free market economy?

It seems that many here are comfortable with the "next time I won't purchase a membership" recourse, ascribing Disney no responsibility for keeping me, the consumer, happy. The downside of this philosophy is an acceptance of mediocracy...which is precisely what we have wound up with at DCA.

Train, taxi and 2-star hotels..... But exchange rates are killing me and look to continue to get worse unless we significantly raise interest rates.

Only if you wish to buy a ticket.

Couldn't agree with you more.

See, the difference here is that I would assume there is some sort of contract that is signed since this is a membership to a private club. I would also assume that there would be some verbage about cancelling your membership and reimbursement of dues. Maybe not on the refunding part. The point is that I KNOW you have the option to sign the contract after reading it in full. If you don't agree to it, you don't sign. The only obligation they are under is what is agreed upon in the contract. If you don't like the service or food or decor, you would cancel your membership, according to the obligation you agreed to with the club. Simple.

Sorry, DisneyVet, Disney is under no obligation whatsoever to keep you "happy." All that they can do is the best they can with what they have. If you don't happen to think you'll enjoy the experience, you shouldn't buy the ticket to get in.
Not to mention you say "next time I won't purchase a membership" as if that is some kind of powerless solution. Believe me, enough people don't like what DL or any other park is doing and they stop buying tickets, DL will listen loud and clear.
