They are not guaranteed to the end of time. I believe last time I looked they guaranteed the placement of the paver for at least 10 years from the date of purchase. Now that doesn't mean its only good for 10 years but they give themselves that loophole should they decide they want to do anything different with the area. Plus you can always purchase wooden and glass versions of your brick to keep.
