That is hilarious. To think we would watch these videos and think that choreagraphy was the ultimate thing ever.

A bit off topic, what about putting this HKDL fountain in Paradise Pier Hotel? To kinda be a replacement for losing Fantasy Waters at DLH.

As for the on topic discussion, look up "musical fountain water display". They got fog/misters/smoke, water fountain, fire, and bright lights shining all around. All they need is a projector a few low leverl fireworks, and lasers I think. There's also a human conductor composing the show like Mickey in Fantasmic!

i wish they would had added a fountain like this instead of the static yellow brick one that is in front of la brea bakery.

I really wish they had gone with the original plans an added on between the parks although i understand it might have made the area a bit crowded.

Maybe if they ever get to re-do the ugly cement entrance from Harbor and the timon tram loading area with lush landscape we will get a fountain that is inviting to the area.

It was mentioned by Al a few updates ago, but hasn't been mentioned since. I hope they are working on a show because it's something DCA desperately needs.

The place that you have to visit whenever you go to DCA.

There have been plans kicked around for Paradise Bay, but nothing has made it from the blue sky discussion phase to a more serious level. It is possible that a lagoon show could open later this decade, but it is very premature for anyone to make such a claim as if it was a more definite decision.

Matt and his executive are working on several ideas for DCA that extend well beyond Midway Mania and a lagoon show is one of many ideas being considered at this time.

Marcie,It seems like there is alot out there for DCA that is conceptual, but very little that is being seriously considered, this concerns me.Why isnt there more stuff for DCA that is making it through the approval process? it just seems like nothing is making it off the drawing board.

"Nothing" like Crush and Monsters Inc and HPB placemaking and Midway Mania and a night-time overlay for Screamin' and Pier placemaking?

That is a lot to be called "nothing", in my opinion.

Not to mention that DL's Woody's Roundup area reconcept was axed in favor of putting the cowboy into DCA.

and 2 months ago you would have told me that the entry to DCA would be receiving a facelift, and now look.

you cant bank on these placemaking enhancements happening,if they could axe the entry placemaking, they could just as easily do it to the pier enhancements,Im not saying its not gonna happen, just dont hold your breath.

and as far as I know, the Screamin' overlay is a possibility, its not greenlight, the only thing "official" right now is Midway Mania.Marcie stated a few weeks ago that even the Incredibles E ticket has hit some obstacles and might see some troubles getting greenlight.
