    Fastpass.

I have actually never waited more than 40 minutes for any ride at TDS (probably longer for Encore and Mystic Rhythms though, since there's all that "seating" time and "waiting for the show to start" time after the actual "standing in line waiting to go in" time), and those waits were for 20,000 Leagues, Stormrider, and Magic Lamp theater and since that time all three of those attractions have gotten fastpass so it was only around the grand opening that I waited so long for them.

If any attraction (in any park, not just DisneySea) has more than a 40 minute wait, I almost always will skip it. That's the limit of my patience usually (if I'm with someone who hasn't rode before and wants to, that's a different story).

I dunno guys....SSL was the only Disney ride I ever experienced and was completely disappointed in afterwards. I swore NEVER to go on it again. Even if it was meant for children doesnt justify the adult revoltion! And anyway, I couldnt see celebrities like Tim Allen really entertaining children a few years down the road. They'd have to update it too much.

I hope SSL rests in peace!

I have heard two rumors about Super Star Limo. One is that it will reopen with more of a Disney theme: Goofy's Super Star Limo. Which I think would work great since it has such a cartoonish look. Two is that SSL and the eatery next to it will be permanently closed to make way for Aerosmith's Rockin Roller Coaster. Which is a great ride, but as many will note, not original. It's at MGM in Florida. Personally, I think whatever they put in will be a big improvement. I did not like SSL. The picture that they take at the end tells the whole story: people's faces show their boredom and confusion. No wonder they don't make the photo available for purchase!

I find it a little funny how someone who doesn't like superstar limo says "Don't hit me [for hoping the ride stays shut]."

Just to let you know, there are more who dislike the ride. That's why it's closed. So you don't have to worry about anyone hitting you.

    Just here. Nowhere.

I liked it, my wife liked it, and I'm glad we got to ride it before it went away. I don't hold out any hope for it reopening in its current form; as others have said, it was not a big draw and seems to have attracted more than its fair share of guest ire.

To respond to a couple of other points from this thread, I remember waiting in line repeatedly for the original Journey Into Imagination when the queue wound all around outside the show building and inside as well. In the couple of years before its change-out there was never a line to speak of, but then again there's not now after two rehabs...

As for TDS lines, apparently they were long in the first few months of the park's opening. I can personally say that when I was there in July we never waited more than twenty minutes for anything--the longest line was for Gyoza sausage buns (but there's a trick to getting around that one ). I have heard that what I experienced is now normal, that attendance has leveled out and waits are completely tolerable.

Our DCA manager for attraction told us at a meeting that if they decide to open limo it would take 16 weeks to open to the public. All the things that they need to change cost a lot. It will cost a lot more to do the changes than what the ride cost to make.

I am reading this being very confused. Two of the three times that I went on the ride the line was 40Min!!!!(It was w/ relatives, so it was a must.)
As for me I thought the ride was OK. It did not pack a punch or give me the feeling of being overcome w/ joy at the end I think that w/ the right improvements, this could be a very fun ride!
