Disneys 3rd Park

I was just what ever happened to the idea of having a third park in Anahiam. It would be really cool if they did open another park. So if anyone has any information at all i would like to know.

Well, due to the problems they have at the 2 parks they already have, plans for the 3rd park have been postponed!

From what I've heard, the 3rd Park will be a water park themed to the 4 Corners Of The World! There may also be some Hotels, or Shopping areas on the new site! Only time will tell!

Personally, I will have a HUGE fit if they build a stupid water Park! I want a good solid THEME Park!

I think they should do something based on the Abarat series.

But I think that land next to Katella is too small.

I don't think Disney needs an IOA Just like Universal! Disney CAN do better than that!
...Although, that doesn't mean that they WILL do better than that!

Abarat paints very lively pictures for 25 distinct islands. It's very imaginative and I'd love to be able to visit.

We just returned from DLR today. While there, we took the Anaheim Resort Transportation from our hotel. One of the drivers said plans were for a 3rd park on South Harbor where the strawberry fields are. He mentioned the farmer had sold that land to Disneyland for 10's of millions of $$. He also said the agreement was that Disneyland had to let him stay on the property for 3 years and then at that time they could build their water park. I guess there are about 2 more years left before he moves off the property.
The driver also said the plans were to build the water park INDOORS so they could control the climate.

I have NO IDEA if this is true, I am just relaying what the driver told us.

I hope they don't build a water park. We have enough of those around here.
