OK - I am really scared nowOriginally posted by ismael flores
Well Maybe with the release of the second enstallment of "Atlantis" managment might start to get some new ideas for the sub area.
If i remember correctly the new "Atlantis Milo's return" comes out on DVD the same day that the release of 20,000 leagues under the sea dvd comes out in just a few weeks![]()
if this is true then we have started looking under the barrel for movie ideas
if this is a joke then spank my butt and call me Sally.

Hey Matt - welcome to the boards.Originally posted by Matt E. Horn
They need to be innovative and design the first under watercoaster. The lagoon will be the perfect location for this type of ride. the track would have various underwater sections where the track is enclosed in a clear tube. "20,000 Screams Under the Sea" J/k
I think this is the best idea so far. An underwater coaster - there as so many poss. with this. I would ride it just because it is so different and unique.
Keep posting - Matt!!!!Jonathan Telfer<br />jonathan@mouseinfo.com

An underwater coaster would be absolutely bitchin! Just think if they brought back the live mermaid part and you could see them swimming above you and playing with you as you are riding the ride. It could be so cool! The would need a good air system to keep vaccume levels down, can't crack the glass now.... So many possibilities with that iea!

DisneyHeart ....
Guess what? The sequel to atlantis is true
Title : "Atlantis, Milo's return" will be out very very soon same date as "20,000 leagues under the sea"
Eventhough the movie did not do as high as expected in the theatres here in the USA it did pretty good ineternational and also did very well when released on dvd/video

Only Disney could do it
I've always had an idea for an underwater/above water coaster and the type of budget it would need is something only Disney would look at. For the most part, an underwater coaster would move too fast to enjoy the underwater parts. Solution have the braking areas underwater. I could see it now with a swooping turn under a waterfall, between the water and rockwall. Might even have a near vertical launch out the top of a mountian. If only I had some talent to put my idea on paper. By the way I had the idea after seeing the waterslide at the Atlantis Resort. It goes through a shark tank. It would be stellar if not only having AA's underwater, Disney, would also have some sea life. Well that's my two cents at least!

Under the Sea
Really now, doesn't a carribean themed visit to Ariel's world seem like a natural? Complete with a tropical restaurant nearby! I know it's not very "Tommorow" but maybe the ride could be "moved" to fantasyland. And depending on how "Dad friendly" the Mermaids are, this could be the top attraction!

Re: Under the Sea
I would agree that with the amount of the "friendliness" of the "good-looking" mer"people" it could be a very popular "attraction"Originally posted by cgmartin

A mermaid for one is a merman for another
