Ok, I thought everyone might want to know that the New York Times has announced that Anne has comisioned a live stage version of Snow White for Disenyland, the link is:
http://www.nytimes.com/2003/01/06/ar...er/06DISN.html
You have to register on the site to red it, but registration is free. The mention of Snow White is on the second page, but it also mentions that there are several Broadway shows in the works right now, here's a quote from that part of the article:
Here's the Snow White quote:Broadway projects in development include "Mary Poppins," with the London producer Cameron Mackintosh; "The Little Mermaid," adapted by Matthew Bourne, who created the all-male "Swan Lake"; Ms. Taymor's version of "Pinocchio"; and "Tarzan," with music by Phil Collins (including new songs added to the score he created for the Disney animated version) and a set by the Tony Award-winning designer Bob Crowley.
There is a lot more information in that article in regaurds to Aladdin as well.Ms. Hamburger has also commissioned a Disneyland "Snow White" musical from Dara Cloud, a playwright, and Eric Schaeffer, artistic director of the Signature Theater Company in Arlington, Va., who recently completed the Sondheim Celebration at the Kennedy Center in Washington.

I kept hearing it was going to be a Cinderella show, too. People are saying it'd be here by Summer (thank god).
It seems the princesses are really being hyped even more than before. They are starting The Royal Disney Princess Fanfare where they process up Main Street to Character Corner for autographs and pictures on weekends..Visit the MIBoards.com Guidelines Page for rules and regulations.

Ok, well, the last I heard is that DCA is getting a new show in the Hollywood Backlot Stage when Playhouse Disney opens and that Disneyland's new show would open at the same time...which according to the sign on the location for Playhouse Disney is April of this year and according to this article, which they interviewed Anne for, so I am going to assume it knows what it is talking about, the new show at Disneyland is goign to be Snow White, I like this idea a lot better than Cinderella, but honestly I wish we would have gotten Marry Poppins, but oh well, it will be on Broadway at least and hopefully touring soon.

Nope, I still maintain that this could work in the old FOF arena though, but please, please, please add more girls to it (sorry, I don't want to go and just watch a bunch of guys, I much prefer watching girls, but since I am a guy, I think that's a good thing)
