    Star Tours 2.0

It's been rumored, but here's some pretty concrete proof from the people working on the FX themselves:

Yeah... I'd take that as a big YES.

Hahaha, I'm just stuck on the part where "if we're doing our job, you won't see the CGI." Hahahaha! Oh man, hilarity.

I've seen some great CG. None of it was in that particular movie.

But uh, yeah, Star Tours II. Yay!

Actually, there was, and you probably didn't notice it. Sure, the big supernatural effects were obvious, but now, they're using CGI instead of building entire sets, or recreating a city in a period time. And I'm sure all the groundhogs in the begining were CGI.

that brings up an interesting point....what was with the three ground hog shots with no payoff? Odd directing choice.

I think Jupiter meant the CGI wasn't great... At least that's the context I took it in.

Anyways.... Didn't mean to start an Indy discussion.

Sooo.... Star Tours 2.... Let's start speculation. Pod Race? Maybe that scene in Episode 2 through the city?...

Please, no. I hope it has nothing to do with the prequels at all.

I'd love to see Naboo, that's my favorite world in the SW universe.

I wouldn't mind a wild ride through Coruscant at all. I always thought though that Star Tours could benefit from multiple programs and locations...of course that would be highly costly to do...

    So Coruscant it is!
