01-13-2009 05:05 PM #32That's true. But in this case, for me personally, the concepts and pictures don't matter, I have to go with how I feel during the ride, and I can't feel it until I ride. That might not make sense to most, but I hope you can understand. You can have an opinion on the concept and the pictures that have been released thus far.

For those of you that have not noticed this but Disney released pics of the pins with the characters on them and in my opinion they sorta have the Mary Blair style,Sorta. If any of you guys seen the images of the pins, feel free to rant as much as you want.

I am looking forward to it. Especially the addition of America. That section is just beautiful in Disneyland Paris.

That may be true now, but much of the drama began before anything at all was released. That's what doesn't make much sense to me.
What the hell do pins tell you about a new attraction??
I can at least understand concept art, but pins?? That's a bit of a stretch, IMHO.

Having seen early concept work for the Pirates' additions, I was stoked. Captain Jack looked great. But, going on the ride was completly different, as the additions didn't make any sense from a story standpoint. So, I went in thinking I'd like it and came out wondering 'what were they thinking!'
Someone said you have to ride the ride to get a feeling. I think that's a pretty good idea.
