Innoventions improvment idea

Innoventions is ok. Not my cup of tea, but its ok. Once 2010 comes and the sponsorships inside end, TEAR IT DOWN! Tonny Baxter has a great idea of extending tomorrowland up to harbor blvd beyond the berm and around the railroad. I say do it! Innoventions is a thing of the past, it should be called "pastinventions."

I think it would be great if all tomorrowland got an overhall at the same time. around 2010ish. Perfect time to turn autopia into the honda electric or hydrogen vechicles since chevron sponsorship will end in 2010. Also good time to start the star wars 2.0 renovation. Then they can also relocate the astro orbitor up on the platform and we can have a new people mover ride. Plus what other new thing does Tony have planned for HISTA? That attraction needs to go too!

Anyways, I say 2010 will be the end of Innoventions and the "spin-a-torium" building. Tomorrowland needs the a new experiance anyway. We can wait for frontierland to get something later when the lone ranger comes along.

If that does happen,this may be the best Tomorrowland EVER! They could have a WALL.e attraction replace " Honey! I bored the audience to death". Please Tony Baxter restore Tomorrowland to its original glory by bringing back the peoplemover, put the rocket jets back in their former place, update star tours, turn the autopia into electric cars, throw some astroids in Space Mountain, and put sea serpant in the FNSV! IT WILL ROCK!!!

I have an idea. We could put seats in the outer spinning ring, then fill the center with show scenes with Audioanamatronics and stuff. You file in, take your seat, then the outer ring turns and you stop for a 4 or 5 min scene. Then the ring turns again, and you stop for another scene. Repeat.

That sounds like a GREAT idea. (why does it sound familiar???)

Also I would not tear down Innoventions, I would put in another show that is hosted by robots. They would tell the guests how awesome robots are, how the future would kick butt and they would say how messed up fashions in the future would be that would be a great replacement.

I'd rather it move to DTD. Or better yet, put a DisneyQuest type of place into DTD. Anyone been in it? I heard it's cool, is this true?

No.

The only good part of DisneyQuest is the arcade, where all the games are free. The attractions are meh. They built one in Chicago that failed and closed a week before 9/11 due to low attendance, and canceled one in Philadelphia that was already under construction. DisneyQuest is a flop. And it's expensive.

I agree with most of the posters here that Innoventions itself is pretty much a wash and should be replaced altogether, but that doesn't mean the Imagineering attractions wouldn't be a good idea elsewhere in the resort. It strikes me as having more of a DCA vibe than a Disneyland vibe.

They should gut the thing and a space mountain type dark ride in it.
