Question Golden Horshoe Variety Show ?

When at Disneyland last week, I found that there was a new Golden Horseshoe Variety Show... Personally...I thought it was ok...not nearly as great as the old one...Some parts were funny...but overall..i wasn't too impressed...The old one had me rolling on the ground in stitches...this one...a little smile here and there

Does anyone know if the old one still exists? Or is it gone forever??

Also...for those who have seen the new Variety Show...what do you think??

Yea, I saw it last Sunday - it was okay. I don't like the new lead Billy, he's not as good as the old one.

Overall, it was still funny. Could be better, though.

Re: Golden Horshoe Variety Show ?

Are you guys talking about the "Billy Hill & the Hillbillies" show (with all the Billys) or the "Golden Horseshoe Variety" show with Dana Daniels and Hal Ratliff?

As far as I know, the "Golden Horseshoe Variety Show" only performs on Tuesdays and Wednesdays so I'm assuming you guys saw the "Hillbillies" show.

I personally thought that the show was excellent. I laughed so hard that my face hurt. I don't think that we are speaking of the same show, as two different shows play at the Golden Horshoe. I saw the Variety Show but I have yet to see the Billy Hill and the Hill Billies.

Sometimes they do this lame "Frontierland... the Little Town that Could" show instead of the Variety show. I think this person saw that and not the Dana Daniels singing partridge in a pear tree show.

I think you're right, though I can't say for sure. If I get the chance, I'll check out the variety show today and let you know if it has changed.
