Whenever I talk to anyone who has to deal with people all day, I always try to be positive. After dealing with rude people all day, one nice person WILL make the world of difference, and your outcome will be much better.

I will say in all my trips, I may have encountered maybe 2 rude CMs. The CMs at any Disney theme park are always nice and eager to help. One prime example I remember was when we stayed at the Grand Californian when I was around 9. My parents were checking in (which always seems to take forever, especially when you want to be in Disneyland) and a CM came over and started telling us about the hotel and pointing out Hidden Mickeys in the lobby. To those who say Disney doesn't care about its guests are flat out wrong.
