Talking What is your favorite ride or attraction in each land in Disneyland?

Disneyland has so many fun things to do. What is or was your favorite ride or attraction in each land? It can be an existing one or a blast from the past.

    My favorites are
Fantasyland: Peter Pan's Flight - the nighttime scenes are so beautiful
Tomorrowland: People Mover - I still remember going through Tron
Adventureland: Indiana Jones Adventure - very fun
Main Street: Disneyland Railroad - great way to sit back and enjoy a view of the entire park
Critter Country: Country Bear Jamboree - great show
Frontierland: Mark Twain Riverboat - a relaxing and enjoyable ride through beautiful scenery
Toontown: Mickey's House - Mickey Mouse is there
New Orleans Square: Haunted Mansion - to this day the effects are impressive and it's so fun

Fantasyland: While Peter Pan is awesome, I've always had a fascination with Mr. Toad - just so many cool special effects.
Tomorrowland: Space Mountain, but specifically Ghost Galaxy - love the timing of effects and the startles.
Adventureland: Yea, IJA is the best. Especially with that queue.
Main Street: I would have to say Lincoln, but not the current one - I, for one, liked the headset version; I thought it was very moving and intimate.
Critter Country: Splash Mountain, but there's not much competition.
Frontierland: Mine Train through Nature's Wonderland - although I never rode it, I love the footage that I've seen from it. Looked so fun.
ToonTown: Um... I gotta give props to Roger Rabbit - very creative use of set design, making it completely surrounding, as well as during the "plummet back to Earth" scene.
New Orleans Square: Haunted Mansion Holiday, from 2001. Before Danny Elfman through a fit and ruined the music. I loved the original's music.

I never had the chance to see the original Lincoln, wish I did. I just saw a video of the Mine Train through Nature's Wonderland and it looked awesome.

Well, the version I'm referring to wasn't the "original." The original was created in 1965 (for DL's 10th anniversary). There were a few versions after it. The one I'm talking about started in 2001, but was cut for the 50th. The current version is a lot closer to the earlier renditions of the show, using the script and the famous "Two Brothers" song.

I personally liked the immersion factor of the 2001 version; it's very Disney-ish to put the guest into the scene. In my opinion, the versions preceding (and current) don't give that sensation of experiencing the life of Lincoln and those around him.

I'm not in the bandwagon that hated the 2001 version--I'm all for immersion--but something about it just felt... museum-ey to me and kinda hokey. Plus the idea that you have to wearphones just doesn't sit well with me.

I'm addicted to Disneyland. Disneyland hobbies are expensive. If I become a bum people are going to say "Don't give him money, he's just gonna use it on Disneyland."

Being a Civil War buff, I loved it.

And I wouldn't think headphones is a very natural progression from effects such as 3D glasses?

You would think so but something about putting glasses on is much less... icky... to me than headphones.
