Re: Al was right, Westsider at MP confirms Monorail cutbacks
first of all,
MP (mouseplanet) is Al's old stomping grounds,in thier 3 year anniversary article they gave a big "shout out" and praised Al Lutz, the site was bascially created by Lutz and is probably run by ppl similar to him...in my eyes MP.com is just as biased as miceage.com and proves NOTHING,if the monorail cutbacks are posted on CNN.com ill beleive it...

Re: Al was right, Westsider at MP confirms Monorail cutbacks
oh I misread your original post...well at any rate,..who cares? so they are cutting back on monorail useage since the trains are starting to show thier age...its not a big deal....I mean Disney cant win with you,if they let the trains run at full capacity and they start to fall apart due to over usage youd be the first on here saying how the monorails suck and are falling apart....but if Disney cuts back use to prevent the monorails from breaking sooner then later you still come on here bashing Disney for it....Disney has been looking in the market for a new builder of the monorails,it hasnt found anyone willing to do it yet,its not Disneys fault...I dont understand why you and Al seem to point the finger at Disney for this.

Westsider was the one who also "confirmed" OTSR on Splash Mountain, too.

Re: Al was right, Westsider at LP confirms Monorail cutbacks
He doesn't seem to mention the multitude of CMs that think he's a complete psycho. Nor does he mention those who purposely feed him false information, then laugh as he prints it without checking. Neither did I see any mention of the huge circle of friends and admirers he had at one time - and how they feel about him now. Of roughly sixty, there's about four left. To a person, all of the others have been badly burned by him - some even to the point of calling in lawyers (not me). Several have had to call the police after being stalked or threatened by him. At least one of them posts to these boards, but I'll leave that up to that poster. A truly admirable writer.

Re: Al was right, Westsider at LP confirms Monorail cutbacks
lol, OTSR's (Over the shoulder restrainsts) on Splash, I laugh at that. I think this guy just believes Lutz anyway I think that Disneyland has a bigger budget than what he thinks, I just don't think that a Premium park like DL, yes I DO think it is premium, wouldn't have enough money to maintain the Mark 5s, like Nemo said, I will start to believe as soon it is on CNN, although it might be on ABC too
