If you had a choice as to what software for MouseInfo to use on their videos to Disney's California Adventure? Choices are Real Player 8 or Windows Media Player(like we have been using for weeks). I would love to hear your thoughts!

Definately stay with mediaplayer please! It has more options, like full screen, and at least for me, the video always looks better.

Well I must say that I am using a Mac and Windows Media Player does not work well on a Mac. When I want to view a Video here on Mouseinfo, It wont stream, It just downloads the whole video to the hard disk instread of streaming it. Then I have to sit here and wait for it to download. If you use Real Player, I wont have that problem, because it almost always streams correctly using RealPlayer on a Mac. So if you want a very good cross-platform video player, choose Real Player. Or even better you can use Quicktime! And also the Mouseinfo chatroom doesnt work when using a mac, it just cant connect. When I try with a PC it works.

well sorry but i hate real player. it is like watching blocks and it takes like 6 seconds to see the next mivement. i also think quicktime is good but takes too long to download stuff. well for me i guess.but i think u should stick w/windows media player.

I also do not care for Real Player. Media Player will load faster on my computer and Real Player just has too many extra things on the side that just take up too much room.

I for one would like to go back to RealPlayer. I used to be able to save the videos to my hard drive, but now I can't. To watch it a 2nd time I need to reload it off the site again, and with a dialup, it kust takes to long to see a rerun.
Maybe I'm doing something wrong, if anybody knows how to save them to your hard drive, please post in here. Thanks.

Here is a test of the Real Player video, if you can give me your opionion about it. http://www.mouseinfo.com/grizzlyriver.rm
My thoughts about Real Player, the video compresses very well. However, the windows media player allows streaming, but so does Real Player.
Love to hear your thoughts!
