2004 prices and food allergy question

Does anyone know when Disney starts releasing info on package prices and promotions for 2004? We're planning on a trip in Jan. or Feb. and want to start making solid plans, but not getting anywhere because nobody knows what's happening after Jan. 5th or so. On a totally unrelated note, I have a 5yo son with a SEVERE peanut/tree nut allergy, and we have to be extremely careful about what he eats. Does anyone know how I might get ingredient lists from at least some of the resort dining facilities? I know that seems kind of anal, but we're talking severe, and I want to do anything I can to avoid a nasty incident.

I have heard that if you call specific restruants ahead of time they can prepare a special meal with precautions in place. I have also heard that City Hall has the lists. I suggest you call Guest Services and ask them. As a side note, if your son has trace reactions as well you should be careful of ODV carts that carry the choclate covered bananas (they have peanuts on the outside).

True, the ODV carts sell chocolate covered bananas, but they're packaged.

You may want to call the Guest Information line and ask them if they can conenct you to someone who can help with special dietary restrictions.
