June, July, or August

Looks like I may not get my family to DL before Memorial Day. Rooms are booked for 1st week of June. So what is the best month to go in the summer as far as crowds go? Can't go after Aug. 13, school will start for our kids. I really am spoiled by going in the off season months. Rarely had to wait more than 10 minutes my last three trips. If we stick to the middle of the week during the summer, how bad will it be????

Probably June, since most of the public schools don't get out until near the end of June.....

Most of the schools in my neighborhood, (northern So Cal ) are out around the 15th of June. Hopefully June weather will not be as hot as July, but we have had a few hot ones already and it is only May??????? Crowds are moderate now, even with the opening of Tower......but they will soon be massive. So take your time, bring hats and sunscreen and water......and just enjoy yourself! Also take advantage of the air conditioned shows. They may not be as exciting as all the rides, but they will keep the whiners more happy and the sunburns down.

If you can not make it out here in June, try the week before or after the fourth of the july. It will still be crowded, but I think it will be the calm before and after the storm!

Personally I would avoid the beginning of June. Many local elementry schools go for the end of the year making it VERY crowded during the day.
