    Smile HoJo

We just returned from a 5 night stay at the HoJo in Anaheim. We LOVED it!! What a great place to stay!! We had room #2419 ~ one of the home office rooms. The room was great. Two queen beds, microwave, fridge, two comfy chairs to relax in, two sinks in the large bathroom, large tv ~everything that our family of 4 needed. We never heard any noise at all from the I-5 freeway...or any noise from anyone in the hotel. I think it was probably the quietest room I had ever stayed in! ~ not to mention very clean. Our room overlooked the pool ~ we would love to have this same room again in future visits. Also, the laundry room was nice and clean, and never busy the two times I used it. The gift shop was very reasonably priced. My kids wanted cereal for breakfast and they had several choices to choose from, plus free bowls and spoons, which came in handy when you wanted a quick breakfast before heading over to Disneyland. We only used the shuttle bus once. It was an easy walk to the parks ~ less than 10 minutes. All in all this was a great hotel and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!!!!!!!!! Thaks Willie~!

    Non Smoking

Was 2419 a smoking or non smoking room.
Sound exactly like the room we need for our visit next year.
Would you consider this room to be big enough for 4 people, all adult size ?

Room 2419 was a non smoking room. I would think the room would be big enough for 4 adults..there is just one bathroom though, so take that into consideration. It's bigger than an average hotel room...more space to walk around in.

    We'll be at Hojo's in 3 weeks....

and I'm really looking forward to it. We usually stay on site, or right at the pedestrian crossing at Harbor, so this is a big change for us. But I've heard such good reviews, that dh agreed to make a change!

I'm still hoping the new pool area will be reopened when we arrive!

Yes, it's in the back of the property in a large building. Four floors. Our room was on the rop floor. Not a long walk to the front desk..it's a nice walk actually, especially at night with all the trees lit up. You can't hear the freeway at all from the room. The room faces the pool. No balcony, but a large window.

    Mousegirl,

I'm glad you enjoyed the other pool, I'm sure we will, too, just fine. My kids enjoy the water, whatever it is. It's just the "mom" in me thinks it would be fun to have the kids see the cool water area, as a surprise!

    I'll also be there 7-30 to 8-4

And all these good reviews just raise my anticipation! I also hope the new pool is finished, I'm not taking children but I myself love the pools and would love to see the new one! I can't wait! Thanks for posting your experience they really help those who haven't been at the hotel yet.
    I'm going to Disneyland!!
