Saturday and Sunday of Presidnets' Day weekend will be busy. By Monday, out of towners are likely to be heading home. The rest of the week should be great.
It can be cold and rainy in Feb, but honestly, that is some of the best time to go. When it is clowdy and a chance of rain, the parks are empty. Buy some cheap ponchos at a dollar store and bring them with you. Just do not ride Screamin' in the rain... Heck, even a slight sprinkle. ouch.

Guaranteed to be crowded! If you plan on going on a weekday - go on a Tuesday or Wednesday. These are usually the best days to go with less crowds. I would definitely shoot for these days. I like to make the most out of my day at Disneyland.

Basically what I've heard is that Superbowl Sunday is semi busy up to early afternoon and dead after that.

Seeing as how SoCal just had one of the biggest storms in a LONG time, I think it's safe to say weather shouldn't be a problem.

Seriously, though, even if it rains, that's the best time to go! No crowds, short lines....it's really a great way to get a lot done.
Normally I'd say this would be a downside since they tend to cancel the shows when it rains, but it looks like Feb. is shaping up to be fairly light on the entertainment. Pixar Play Parade goes on hiatus after Jan. 3rd and DL will also be without a parade until Soundsational debuts later in the Spring. World of Color will obviously still be performing, rain or shine. That just leaves the fireworks and Fantasmic!, which who knows what they're going to do since they haven't exactly been consistent during this time period from one year to the next.
We'll be sure to update you when we find out more about this off-season's schedule!

My wife and I have taken our kids to Disneyland every Feb for the last 10 years. I am currently planning our trip this year. We will be going the 7th-11th this year. We have seen it all when we go. We have been in 3 day rain storms, we have been there on crowed Super Bowl Sundays. We still love going in Feb. I have to go then because its the slowest time of the year at work. The crowds are light and the weather is unpredictable be we have a ball and look forward to it each and ever year..
