Did anyone see this? I've heard nothing but awful reviews online but we all know how that goes. It made a little cash over the weekend though. I'm assuming it was a big draw to it's intended target (females 13-21). I don't get the whole Lindsay Lohan thing at all. Is she some sort of 'rocker' or rebel?

Re: Confessions of a teenage drama queen
I'd say the target audience is closer to 7-15 years of age. Let's face it, any Disney "teenage" movie usually doesn't do to well with actual teenagers because, well, Disney makes clean movies.

(Love the Avatar Yellowman)
I'm waiting to see a preview for Mean Girls (also starring Lohan) it was written by Tina Fey, of SNL fame. Lindsey is even hosting SNL sometime next month I believe.

Don't think I'll be seeing this one, but I like Lindsay Lohan. We liked Freaky Friday, and we enjoyed the remake of Parent Trap she did. A lot of the remakes Disney has done have been...well...lacking. But, the ones she is in, are really well done, she's very talented.

Re: Confessions of a teenage drama queen
ok I went and saw the movie. Mean girls preview is hilarious but Lohan is starting to get stuck in that high school girl movie roles and all her characters are starting to become the same.
as for confessions it was allright. main target is pre teen the whole theatre was full of them with there parents. in a weird way the movie has a good message but i laughed more at what the kids were saying toward the movie than the movie it self. if your disney obsessed (which of cours all of you are) then pay the 8 bucks to go see it but i think some people can wait till it comes out on video. The world is full of hate. I would love for everyone to just get along. But unfortunantly I'm going to have to add to that hate.
