When in trouble,
or in doubt,
Run in circles,
Scream and shout!

Re: Now this is absurd...Ban Fahrenheit 9/11??
I don't think his movie will be out for more than a few days anyway, Spider-Man 2 will be on so many screens that F9/11 will be pushed out to make way for this summer blockbuster.

I don't see that being an issue, because I don't see Moore's film playing on any of the larger seating (600+) screens, like Spider-Man 2 will. This film will be shown on the smaller screens, where seating is much less.

And if you read back through this thread, it also states that either his children or relatives are already over there.

Re: Now this is absurd...Ban Fahrenheit 9/11??
I'm sure that no one wants to go to Iraq, and I'm sure that the men and women who signed up for their respectives tours didn't want to go to war, but that's the risk you run when you choose a military life. When you go through basic training they teach you to follow orders and to fight, and our military is part of the reason that major terrorist attacks don't occur here on a daily basis. The military life is a hard one and unless you happen to be a soldier then don't knock it and don't knock someone for not wanting to send their kids.

Re: Now this is absurd...Ban Fahrenheit 9/11??
ok,went to see this film today, first of all, many of the shows at my local theater were sold out of it,we ended up having to take a later show.
as for the movie, its a real eye opener,I think everyone should see this film,if you think Bush is a great president, you should definatly see this film.I think you will walk out of the theater with a different view point.

I saw another movie tonight at a large theater in my area. All showings from 5:00 onward were sold out for F/9-11. I plan to see this movie tomorrow if i can get up early enough to catch a matinee.
