Cars delayed to June 2006

Even though the wait for another Pixar movie will be unbearable, I'm kinda happy they did this. Hopefully another deal between Pixar and Disney can be reached, and hopefully Cars can make even more money (I thought that the Incredibles was a perfect summer movie, and could've killed even more in the box office if it was opened in the summer)......

I'm not sure about CARS, Pixar has never missed, but this movie doesn't appeal to me at all! Maybe I need to see some more/different previews

Box OfficeMojo is also reporting that chicken little is moving to 11/4/05. Given rumors about story problems, I wouldn' be surprised if this whole move was initiated to give the CL folks some more time.

yaeh I agree,while I may have had doubts about other Pixar films based off of thier first trailers,nothing seemed as horrid as this Cars one,it just looks terrible.I hope I am wrong.

This move is for the best, I agree about cars not looking good out all, i was excited about the movie when i first heard about cars, but after seeing the trailer i just don't want to see it, but that what i thought for the incredibles to and ended up wanting to and loved the movie so you never know. As for Chicken Little i want to see the movie, i see it as a movie that you take your kids to get them out of the house kind of movie during the winter time.

Or judging by the response i've seen from both film's trailers (tepid), both need some tweaking.

To fill the gap between now and the release of Chicken Little, they announced that Valiant will now be released on April 15th in the US. There had not been a set release date before, but it had been mentioned that it would not come out in the US until 2006. The teaser/trailer for this one looks quite funny.
