Smile Does anyone remember...? OLD TV SHOWS!!

hello...does anyone remember mousercise on the disney channel? it was the mid to late '80s and i remember it aired at around 6am and that lady with the short hair and headband would come on and exercise! i remember the "cool down" segment especially, and the healthy eating with goofy! ah memories...does anyone know where i can find photos/info on this?

also: was there a time when the wonderful world of disney didn't air? i thought that it went away, but i guess not...when did it move to saturdays?

I barely remember seeing the Mouseketeers first run when I was very young.
    The first ones, with Annette.
The Wonderful World Of Disney I remember very well, especially after it went to color, and we still had a B&W TV.

haha, on one of my old cartoon tapes I have an episode on there. Mickey came out and Mousercized with her and I think Emilio Estevez did the eating healthy with Goofy thing, they said to eat spaghetti because it had all the food groups in it, lol.

I'm addicted to Disneyland. Disneyland hobbies are expensive. If I become a bum people are going to say "Don't give him money, he's just gonna use it on Disneyland."

Ah yes, the four food groups--meatballs, sauce, noodles, and oregano.

Some of my favorites as a child of the 80s:

    Do you remember......

Small Wonder? - I had a crush on Vici,
    Harry and the Hendersons?
    Alf?
    Perfect Strangers?

    Cartoons...
    Dennis the Menace?
    Jem?
    Voltron?

    Just to name a few.

growing up in the early ninties, that was truly a glory age for cartoons.
Simpsons, Rocko's Modern Life, Jonny Bravo, Angry Beavers, Ren and Stimpy, so much better then that "my gym teacher is a monkey" bullcrap that they have now.

Ohh yeah ..I loved the old Disney Channel its not what used to be .

Do you remember when The Wonderful World of Disney was on sundays and Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom was on right before it? I was so young when that line up was on but remember it like it was yesterday.

I have a Mousercize tape from when I was a little kid... my mom bought it for me when she was big into the video workouts. She has a ton of workout tapes, but my favorites are the Jane Fonda tapes.
