I'm excited for this. Having the original talent return for a sequel is a good sign. It seems that franchises begin to fall apart when the original cast and crew do not return.
Toy Story 2 was better than the first so I'm confident that Toy Story 23 will be even better.

I hope they do it right. I hope they aren't taking the existing story they had in the works (recall to Taiwan). I hope they use that story they wanted to use to close up the story of Woody and Buzz.
Twenty-two Toy Story movies I can see, but 23 seems like overkill.Toy Story 2 was better than the first so I'm confident that Toy Story 23 will be even better.
Just here. Nowhere.

I think it will be good considering the principals involved so far.

Well they made the second one, it's insanely popular, I think it's good that they roundout the franchise and complete the collection. Movies just go better in Christmas stockings in threes.

My money is that the plot will be based around Andy growing up and not playing with toys anymore.

I think it will be more along the lines of Andy sells his toys on Ebay and buys an Ipod.

My money is a plot based around a family vacation where hilarity ensues
