DCA is a creative and marketing failure. It's so bad, it's good. That's the unofficial motto of DCA.

There's one in Toontown, by Goofy's house. Toontown park, maybe?
And there is only one dog throughout COP I believe, but his name escapes me.

Well, I DID say that one was a real doozy.
Dog's names in COP:
1. Rover
2. Buster
3. Sport
4. No name (he says "Quiet while Mother's interrupting"
5. Sport makes an appearance again in the voice overs in Progress City.
I know, I'm a geek.
Parks
1. Toon Park (mostly correct)
The other locations (maybe that will help with the name):
2. StoryBook Land
3. Frontierland (outside Rancho del Zocalo)
4. NOS outside of the HM
5. Autopia
Try again. I'll give the answers late Friday night.

I think the Autopia one is called "Car Park".

Driftwood got the Autopia one.
Car Park is correct.
Storybook land hint: They say the name of the park in the spiel. It's named after a city in Europe.
NOS name hint: Names after a tree, it is also the name of a Tom Cruise film.
FL Name Hint: (too easy) named after a restaurant.
