That was a hard one. I understand Meeko's, but why was it called Louie's?

It was called Louie's when Videopolis had Plane Crazy with the cast from Tail Spin.

How many boats are there at Storybook Land?

I did find that all the boats are named after Disney girl characters except for one, which is named Flower after the Bambi character.
