My first impression of Tales from Earthsea is that it took too long to develop the plot and I became disinterested too fast. The music was beautifully composed and I truly love when the music was featured in the film. Additionally, the imagery was something that was astounding, however, the immense focus on the scenes seemed to distract from the plot and cause the movie to run slowly.
