This is a pet peeve of mine. People declaring things to be true when they have no idea what they are talking about.
Yes you are smug and you continue to be because you do not respect the fact that I am expressing an opinion based on my experience, and personal experiences can't be related with hard facts or math equations, and I have even made a point to state that this may not be the same experience for others which certainly it isn't for you. Yet you continue to tell me "I don't know". Who do you think you are to discount what my experiences are in the Disney parks? That is the problem that I have with your posts right now. I am NOT telling you you are wrong either and have concidered your point of view carefully before reaching my final consensus here, but after reading your retorics about math and facts and wait times, I still feel my experiences with Standby lines do not match your hard facts! That is all there is to it. I may not be correct but I don't think I am wrong either.

To me (and this is my petpeeve and we both will have to get over them) it's not good customer service to pass up people up to the front of the line while others wait there forever! But obviously, you have enough time to go to the park and measure up wait times or the likes in your quest for physical proof, then more power to you. I simply do not have the time for that or wasting half of my day in Peter Pan's Stand by line. You are so caught up in being right about this, you are failing to see that even I am trying to agree with your on some of your points in this matter.

Thank you! You just said what I have been trying to explain here!!! in your words..."FP doesn't increase wait times IF THE CM DOESN'T ALLOW GUESTS WITH FP TO GO ON THE RIDES AFTER THE TIME WINDOW HAS PASSED" But CM's DO ALLOW guests with Fast passes to go ahead, especially at 3pm in the afternoon, therefore making the wait time of those in stand by longer than what it would be if the line was FP-free and ran on it's first-come/fist-serve basis. Even worst! CM's *are* indeed allowing guests to use their FP even *after* the time window has passed! I did so at DCA this past July at TOT when I was late by 12 minutes after the FP time had expired! So what gives??

As for the other comment, I can easily switch it to say..."TDLFAN, don't try to convince jonvn. He is wrong jada jada jada..." But I DO NOT THINK jonvn is wrong. His experiences with FP are obviously different than mine. But I don't appreciate the attitude of telling me "I don't know" just because he (or you Homer) do not agree. That is being 'smug'.
