Budget Slashed for "Mystic Manor"?

Take it for what it's worth, but Laughing Place is reporting that Mystic Manor may have had it's budget dramatically reduced and that it probably won't resemble the preview shown at last year's D23 Expo (including possibly not even using the trackless ride system).

Keep in mind this is a rumor at this point, but it's still disappointing news.

That's a shame. So who's not willing to fit the bill for the project this time around, Disney or the Hong Kong government?

The MM as it was proposed made me look forward to 2014, I really would want to buy a plane ticket to see this. If it becomes an omnimover and not the thing they presented, I'll think twice before heading to HKDL...
