Re: Simpson's Treehouse of Horror
I missed the episode. I was so grumpy. Why did I miss it you ask? Because my wife wanted to go see Pirates of the Caribbean one last time on the big screen. We couldn't go to an earlier show, because she had some eBay auctions ending. We coulcn't go to a later show because she didn't want to up too late on a Sunday.
It wouldn't be so bad if I just mised an episode, but they don't show re-runs of the Treehouse of Horror ones.
Oh well, at least Pirates is a good movie (I'd be really mad if she dragged me to some crappy movie and I missed it.)

Re: Simpson's Treehouse of Horror

Re: Simpson's Treehouse of Horror
Most likely because the joke got stale. It was gone for like two years and I sure missed them. Why did they get rid of the names in the first place?!
Isn't the "Movies & Television" section only for Disney related Movies and Television, since it is under the "Walt Disney Company" head section.Mod note: moved to Movies & Television
And everything unrelated to Disney goes into Kickback? Just what I've always thought.Just here. Nowhere.

Re: Simpson's Treehouse of Horror
Oh my God, I totally forgot about the episode of Family Guy.
I didn't like the Benny Hill thing when they did it the first time last season(running back and forth between rooms), and it was just sad this time.
Things that were hilarious, making it a good episode:
-Homer trying to pass Selma off as Marge to God after killing her.
-God not crossing the railroad because he didn't want to wait.
The Frink segment had potential, but I didn't think it was that good, except when he was ripping out people's body parts-I got a chuckle there.
The time stopper was funny, and I always laugh whenever I see the townspeople meet at city hall and form a mob.
Best Halloween episode ever-Season 13, with Pierce Brosnan(sp?) and the gypsi.
This is probably the third best Halloween episode in my book(last year's was second best, it was hilarious), but I need to see it again to soak in everything I missed.City Hall Complaint Count: 201

What's your number one TOH?
I'd have to say my all time favorite bit was Homega Man (I think that's what it's called), the one where Homer goes back in time and changes the future.Just here. Nowhere.

Yeah, that was a good one. I liked how Willie kept on getting the ax jammed in his back.

My Favorite TOH was the one where the aliens come and take over the presidents. Absolute comedy there!
