Re: Flying Cars
Its kinda neat to think that flying cars arent really that far in the future.
Its hard to imagine what the world will look like in 50 years, thats a long time, but then again its nothing compared to how old the universe is. Just try and imagine what the world will look like in 1,000 years! earseek
It will be completly different, its like comparing medival times to now.
I think too much.

Re: Flying Cars
The article has a photo now, too.
Lynne Wenberg, senior manager of Boeing's part of developing a flying car, holds a remote control sporty red helicopter/car hybrid engineers created, as she stands in front of the 1968 Taylor Aerocar III on display at the Museum of Flight in Seattle, Thursday, Aug. 19, 2004. Wenberg, senior manager on the project, said the goal is to make a flying car that costs the same as a luxury vehicle, is quiet and fuel-efficient, and is easy to fly and maintain. But Boeing is especially interested in the broader problem of figuring out how to police the airways _ and prevent total pandemonium _ if thousands of flying cars suddenly enter the skies. Re: Flying Cars
Looks a lot like a helicopter, but probably a whole lot cheaper.
