It's just meat. Unless you've never seen something at a deli before, I can't understand how the sight of meat could be nausia-inducing.

I have! No, seroiusly. I was up in Point Lay, Alaska last summer. The Eskimos hunt and eat the baluga whale. its more blubbery than meat i think. it did smell fishy. however, i dont know how fried whale meat tastes like from japan.

never been to costco??? they sell skin on Salmon, its kind of gray as well

the shape of the meat is kind of like a tri-tip roast...

there are MUCH worse things people on this planet eat.... bugs are most of them... that and their larve...

Whale meat looks kind of normal... Have you seen survivor, or (shoot whats the name of the show on NBC... where they eat ground up rat juice for 50K)...

oh well... heck they even ate large animal wieners... much worse than whale meat, unless we move on the the whale weiner... try that hot dog on a stick...
