I want to sign up for this seeing as how cheap it looks to be, but wanted to know if anyone here at MI has tried it. Is it reliable and reasonable in price?

You have to check to see if it's available in your area. It's unlimited use, and it ranges in price and speed.

For me, the cheapest is 30 bucks a month with a 5 dollar modem lease. The most expensive is 50.

Hey all,
I finally got sick of my dial-up, so I gave in and bought Clearwire service. It is amazingly fast! The only drawback I've found is the modem itself.
The modem runs on cell phone towers, and the lights at the top show how much signal you have. One light is basically dial-up speed, while two or more give me a great amount of speed that I never had with dial-up. The modem can be a bit touchy. It might only like a certain spot, and if you move it an inch it will start searching for signal. I need to buy one of those airport base stations for my PowerBook.
I'd definitely recommend it!
Oh, and I got the first three months for 15 bucks, then it's 45 after that. I also got a 25 dollar gift card for signing up. I believe that offer is over on the first of 2006.
