CNN: Suspect arrested in JonBenet Ramsey case

I am not positive he did it...I am going to listen to the father and wait for the investigation. Just looking at the facts now though...

1) He said he drugged her. The autopsy found no traces of drugs in her system.

2) His ex-wife said he was with her in another state at the time of the death.

3) He has been communicating with a professor in Boulder for some time now about the case, trying to get facts...etc.

4) He wrote letters to the mother for several months before she died.



They are doing a DNA test...so, that should reveal a lot.

This guyis a total pig idiot for what he did and should get the death penalty.

A. thats not the Dem way.

B colorado has used the death penalty 1 time since 1976, there are currently 3 on death row.

apparently there are very few cases in colorado meriting the DP (doubtful) or they dont use it a whole lot.

the only chance I see is that the current Death Row has 2 black and 1 latino. they could put him up just to balance out the deathrow population.

the more I read about the case the more skeptical I am. As jen said the DNA should prove something.

He apparently had information about the case that ONLY the police investigators know about.

that is why they limit the facts they let out to the press, things that only the killer would know about, that way if some freak says they did it but cant place all the details they have to go back to work like the rest of us...

Even if he is not guilty it is good to know the case is still being investigated. It's a sad situation that has been unsolved for far too long.

I was reading more this morning...apparently he's a real odd ball, who is known for his marriages to teenage girls.


I really don't know about this guy...he lived in, where, Alabama (?) for his whole life, until he happened to murder Jon Benet in Colorado? This is going to be both an interesting case to watch, and a difficult one, I fear.
