The other person's insurance company?
You don't deal with the other person's insurance company.
You deal with your OWN insurance company. Always.
You talk to your insurance agent. ONLY. That is what you pay them money for.
Don't let them contact you again. And don't contact them again. Go only through your own agent.

Well, I think if two people say it, maybe it will be more helpful.
Ha...
Ok. Really, you should not ever be talking to the other person's insurance company. It is their job to NOT pay you.
Just talk to your own company. If you are worried about it going on your record, it will no matter what company you talk to.
And since it's almost 9AM and i'm already half in the bag, I'll just mention here that I think that Cinder is hot.
Thank you.You may contact me via jonvn@nadelberg.com.

I shouldn't talk to him? The last time I was in an accident I had to talk to the other person's insurance company to tell them "my side" of the the story. I thought this was the same thing. I already talked to him yesterday and he said someone's supposed to call me to ask when they can come look at the car.

You tell your side of your story to your agent. Not to them. THEY are not your advocate, YOUR insurance company is your advocate.
Did you talk to your own insurance agent? You may contact me via jonvn@nadelberg.com.

Do NOT talk to the other insurance agent. They are supposed to talk to each other.
When my husband got hit, we called our insurance (AAA) and received a phone call later from their company. I called my agent back, he laughed, said don't talk to them, he'll take care of it.
Basically, if you slip up and say one little thing wrong, you're nailed.MouseInfo Moderator

That's why she's so hot.
And she's also right. When you talk to them, they are recording every last word of what you say.
Do NOT speak to them again. Go ONLY through your own agent. You may contact me via jonvn@nadelberg.com.
