just had a handful of chicken in a biscuit, saw this thread and knocked out 50 pushups before i began to get "bored" and stopped (otherwise petered out, but not the trembling exhausted state described on the website)

I've been inspired by all this and went for a jog. I am so out of shape. Hopefully that will change soon. The week one of pushups start on Monday.

Day 1:
I did my first rep this morning. My arms feel a little jello-ish right now. I did column 2: 7-7-5-4-Max. On the max, I was able to squeak out 10.
Overall it didn't seem too difficult. I feel more awake then normal. Probably sore tomorrow. On to Wednesday!

I would think you would be at least a level two. Maybe even three. I think you would want to test to make sure. Let's say you are a level three, but started at two... It might not offer the resistance you need, you want to take the test to assess your level.
