    I did day one monday, i think i'll do day 2 later tonight. Seriously in need of a nap. I heard about how this one guy i know who is all buff runs up the ramps in the parking garage on campus then down the stairs and up the ramps all over again - i am not that dedicated, and i certainly cant see how he does that with how much drinking and boozing he does. I drank and boozed last night and i need a nap.

    I did day 2 this morning. 12/12/10/10/10=54 push ups. WTF? How? I guess the rests are the key. Oh, well. 2 days and its not hard yet. Woohoo!
