    On Sunday I decided to give up sugar and white flour. I have done pretty well so far. It wasn't as hard as I thought. I thought I would be craving sugar, but I'm not. It was hard to find things w/o sugar or corn syrup, like yogart and granola and even soup! I know this is the hardest time of the year to not have sugar or white flour. I hope that after awhile I will be able to have something sweet without it leading to wanting more. After all of the Halloween candy I had around the house I was feeling really out of control. I was thinking about sugar as soon as I woke up in the morning! Crazy! So, I will join the holiday health challenge!

    Kebab is great and all but if it's 3 am and I'm out on the town looking for food, kebab is the last thing I can think of getting to eat...not to mention I don't think LA has any Kebab places open at 3 am.

    Drunken food of choice? I guess that really depends. All I can think of is hangover food, and it's anything greasy, especially after you've vomited.
