Have you checked out the sign, this is actually the Main Entrance sign to the attraction.
The Left side is the Stand-By Entrance, the Middle Section is the FastPass return, and the right side is the entrance to the FP machines, which should be located to the right side of this sign (between the sign and the attraction/shop exit).

Most of the stand-by line will likely be outside. Sounds like they needed to use as much space inside the building as possible for the ride. So look for a line like there was when Rocket Rods were there, when then line went out the door and up to Arial's Grotto area.. Unless they change something since then on the outside.
