Maybe chaning the red lines on the top and bottom of the sign to metallic silver would look better. Unless at night they are supposed to light up... Then perhaps the red should be blue.

And it does look retro 80s-ish. Hmm... now that I've looked at it for awhile, kinda reminds me of the Star Tours sign.

But of course, the sign has to be installed the day AFTER I go... And I just said yesterday to my friend, "I hope they install the new Space sign soon." Damn those Disney people...

what a difference the daylight makes! even though i think it is still very simple and not what i expected, it looks ten times better at night than in the day

Agreed. Still has similarties to the Star Tours sign. Maybe that's what WDI/Imaginneers intended.
