I'm addicted to Disneyland. Disneyland hobbies are expensive. If I become a bum people are going to say "Don't give him money, he's just gonna use it on Disneyland."

Wow I'm honestly suprised at the crowds in dca with no 2fer during a calm before storm (the 50th). It was like this last year too as there was a week between the 2fer ending and ToT opening, and dca was DEAD! Looks much busier this year than last. Friday was very slow in disneyland, but saturday was much busier in the mid 40K range.

I'm not looking at any pictures or videos because I'm going to see Block Party on the 4th (yay for the AP contest loosers!)

Is anyone else going to be there?

    A comeback from what?

That Block Party wasn't quite what I expected. It was WORSE.

    Problems.
The floats do absolutely nothing. They are a mere backdrop. They add nothing to the performance.

Pixar Parade my foot. The Pixar characters add nothing to the parade, but provide minimal eye candy to the kids.

The music, while lively, is NOT Disney or Pixar. It sounds rather tired. I heard it so many times before. The performance doesn't add anything new.

The focus on the show is the performers, but they are so small compared to the float. You can only see the performer when you're at the front of the line. WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO DO WHEN YOU'RE IN THE BACK?

You can't sit down while watching the parade. It encourages you to stand up and dance. If you're in the back, you can't see any activity except from some floats that are taller and can hold the performer on the cat-walks.

This is clearly a one time viewing type of parade. It screams of GO to Disneyland for the better stuff and 50 years of Disney magic.
