The Port of Los Angeles has released information that the Disney Cruise Line will be back at the Port as early as May 1, 2008 through September 15, 2008. The itenaries have not been released from Disney. However, we should have additional information at the end of January.
Here is a link to the Port of LA documents.

I am very excited that there has been some kind of def. information posted about this. We have had this news for some time now and I have been dying to post about it!!!! I can't wait for the announcement at the end of the month. I think we may be doing one of these sailings.

New Disney Cruise Ship?
Will DCL coming back to Southern Cal coincide with the announcement of another ship to be permanently berthed here?
Jay was talking about creating a new ship that would cost a lot of money. I wonder if we'll get the Magic or Wonder and Florida will get the new ship?

I'm so excited. Now I'm seriously thinking about saving money for a cruise in 2008. So when is the best time to take a cruise? Is there certain months that are better to go?

I wonder what the itenaries will be. I hope Alaska but since it will leave from LA it will probably be doing Mexico.

I think Alaska will happen with a new ship that is more equipped to handle that kind of weather.
Lots of internal talk on this topic. Nothing we can release yet!

Yeah you're probably right. I hope that Disney will do it someday. Alaska is really beautiful and I would love to go there again.

Third Cruise Ship...
When... errr... "if" Disney builds a third cruise ship what do you think it should be named?
I mean, we have the "Disney Magic".
And we have the "Disney Wonder".
So what will the next one be? Obviously it will be the Disney "something".
My vote is for the "Disney Dream".
