Ok, well... I went on Saturday... got their around 2 in the afternoon. We sat over in front of the plaza...

We planned on running around in the grassy areas and getting on trash cans n stuff, well, I saw a friend up close, so we joined her group so ended up with a pretty good spot!

But some of you may know by now... With Johnny and Orlando, they took so long at the front of mainstreet that Disney people rushed them so there were many upset fans that waited all day and never saw them.

Well... for me...we were down there where they rushed them by, and we didn't even know Johnny was coming, some girl on her boyfriend's shoulders said it was Orlando coming, so everyone got ready 4 him.
All of the sudden this mass of people come rushing by us, and I swear it like a moment from a movie... Johnny was right in front of me with no one blocking my sight... I snapped my camera WHILE my friend was grabbing my arm for dear life cuz she saw her beloved Orlando...

I honestly thought I didn't get a picture... BUT I DID!!!!!! I swear I'm like the only person down there with a decent pic of him! Soooo many people were giving me their email addresses! It was great!

Thanks! We were right in front of City Hall. There was a planter so I stood on the little curb for the planter fence which gave me a good four-inch boost in height. It was a perfect spot with a view all the way down the red carpet. Since the red carpet extended around Town Square, I had a view of the whole length of the street behind the train station to snap pictures when I saw celebrities. I knew well before everyone at "ground level" which celebrities were coming so I was able to get better pictures that way. Not to mention the nifty 12x zoom on nftysqrt's camera.



We also chose the front part of the red carpet because we knew that the celebrities would be fresh and taking their time at the beginning. It was a long red carpet so we knew after all the obligatory major media spots along Main Street that they'd be pretty antsy to get to their seats by the time they reached the Kodak photostop area. (And I hear that's exactly what happened, the celebrities zoomed on by the last home stretch of the red carpet.)

Hey guys, when I first released the update there were a few celebrities whose names I did not know. I've gone through and added a few more names to match the pictures. The list is mostly complete though if there are any un-named celebrities in the update that you recognize please do let me know.

We chose that spot also because we thought the celebs would be fresh and there was no media down there.

Yea, we were on the rails of the planter, too. What rails were you on? Here's another picture from where I saw standing...

I was on the rail that was right up against the red carpet. Does that make sense?

We waited there since 6:41 that morning, but it was totally worth it.
