HOLLYWOOD -- Marvel Enterprises has sued the Walt Disney Co. to terminate its license to create animated programming featuring Spider-Man, the Incredible Hulk, X-Men and other characters for the ABC Family Channel. Suit is the second this year between Marvel and Disney.
