Could be, but mine does say previously titled Cooking With Mickey. It is dated 1994, and says first printing, not giving any mention of a previous edition.
The Mickey pic on the cover is the same as yours.

Gaston made "Anna Potatos" from the Contemporary, "Mom's Meatloaf" from Prime Time Cafe, and "Key Lime Pie" from The Caribbean Resort last night. All was truly nummy.
