Yep, it's when you have signed up at the Disney Character Warehouse, they are like little branch's of there store that they have for a few months...go and buy lots of stuff!

They have one here in the Great Mall in Milpitas right now. They have a good selection of WDW, DLR and random other stuff at a good discount.
