TDS: New attraction?

I have heard that TDS is getting a new attraction? anyone know what it is?

We are all anticipating this new attraction for TDS, but nothing has come out of the OLC headquarters yet in official announcement form. Rumors abound about that ToT that was supposed to go in American Waterfront. We'll see. However if JoeInJpn doesn't know yet, NOBODY knows!!

Well actually, I think Joe does know something. It's very interesting some of the ideas that have come out of each office. We have both heard that clearing has started on the American Waterfront where the ToT was originally slated to go, but there is no confirmation of that. That's all that I am priveledged to say about this topic. I guess you will have to wait and see. - The WeirdOne

Thanks for the posts and comments but I wish I knew more. Actually, I'm your average fan who has plenty of opportunity to go the parks. I don't necessarily have all that info as much as other posters or visitors to the boards here might have. I usually just post news and comments based on fact or actual company press releases and other official Disney/OLC website information. As soon as anything gets released here in Japan, I'll let you guys know.

Just to let you guys know, I have gotten picture prrof that construction is going on in the spot slated for ToT. There is clearing and markings ahve been made and ther are poles and stuff. I wish I could say more. - The WeirdOne

Hi WeirdOne,

I wasn't implying that what you or other people saying wasn't true. I was just saying that I usually hold my comments until a press release is sent out by the company or a local media organication reports on it.

I could list here a lot of rumors and news and gossip that I hear and collect from friends and other sources that may be true or not, but I usually prefer to wait and hear for the official version before speculating. Now remember, I am not saying you are incorrect in your assumptions .

As for picture proof, the area in question can be clearly seen by anyone riding the Disney Resort Line monorail as it passes the SS Columbia around the SE corner perimeter of Tokyo DisneySea.

I think you'd be surprised to see how small this rumored ToT TDS area is, as opposed to the space occupied by ToT at MGM. There is no denying that something was going on there, though.

Also, when you said "Joe knows more because he tells me..." you must remember... Joe and I hang out at TDR often. If he knew something (and sometimes he knows a lot of stuff) he tells me before he spills the beans on the boards. eat your heart out sweety How else would you have gotten your TDR video had it not been because of my hanging with Joe?!?!

I was merely posting it as news Joe. I didn't mean to say that you were saying it wasn't true. LOL! I just got a picture proof of this and was telling everyone it was true.

As for TDLFan, I get my info from other sources too you know , and I don't get it via the boards . I know how small the space is TDLFan, I've seen WDI/WDAJ ariel pics for surveying purposes.
